My package is being held by customs, what do I do now?

Generally speaking, Customs is a super busy place and you would likely have a hard time getting hold of someone there. We recommend remaining patient for a few days. 

Most orders usually fly right through as we supply all the necessary Customs paperwork with your order. If after a week you still do not have your package by all means give it a shot and try to contact them. 

Please note that with COVID-19, shipping/customs delays are not out of the ordinary.
