Why hasn't my custom order been shipped yet?

We know you are anxious to get your Custom Lab order in your hot little hands, but please remember that you agreed you were ordering a custom product made specifically for you. This process does require lab-time and can add anywhere from 1-10 days to your order processing times. If you are ordering Retail and Custom blends at the same time, please take into account the Custom Lab delay-time and consider ordering the retail blends separately.
