I refused my package because the custom charges were too high, now what?

The Customs Duty Rate is determined by the total purchased value of the article(s) paid. Though we have no control over a country's respective tax system, we do everything we can by way of international trade agreements to minimize Customs Fees for our customers. 

Unfortunately, when you Refuse a package, Customs typically does NOT ship the packages back to the sender. If for some reason Customs does ship the package back to us, you remain responsible for all shipping costs as well as a 5% cancellation fee on all returned products except Custom Lab blends, which remain non-refundable.

The only thing we can do is wait and see if the package ever gets back to us.
