I prefer to order via the EU to avoid custom charges but you don't have all the products as in the US...

Unfortunately, COVID-19 has had an adverse impact on movement globally including shipping from the US to the EU. We have, also, experienced longer than normal delays in Customs in most EU countries including Bulgaria, which is where our EU shipping hub is located. Restrictions appear to be easing and we are working to resupply the EU hub as quickly as possible. In the meantime, if certain products are currently only available in the US, unless you are willing to wait for them to be restocked in the EU, we recommend biting the bullet and ordering from the US. Please keep checking the EU store for stock updates as the COVID-19 situation continues to improve.
