What is the status of my order, I want it by (certain date)?

If you need your order by a certain date please consider the following: Our Lightning Fast Shipping commitment promises that all Retail Orders shipping via USPS/FedEx, which are received by us before 2pm CST (GMT-6) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will generally ship the very same day 98% of the time! Orders are processed in the order they are received, however, FedEx, USPS Express, and Priority shipments may take precedence over others. When placing an order make sure you choose the appropriate shipping carrier (USPS/FedEx) and appropriate shipping method (Overnight, Priority, etc.). If it's an emergency be sure to send a followup email immediately after you place your order. Either way, we promise to do our best to get it to you by the desired date when you have chosen the appropriate shipping.
