I didn't receive the shipping confirmation email with tracking?
Maybe we haven't shipped yet!
While rare not to ship a retail order that comes in before 2 pm, it can happen from time to time. Sale days, the day after a holiday, Mondays, are all examples of days we prioritize orders based on the shipping methods chosen. We do our best to get everything out but sometimes due to time constraints and business we just can't always do it. You wouldn't want us to interfere with our allotted beer pong time or naked Kareoke now would yah?
There could be a couple of other reasons for this too. Before you contact us we ask that you please check some things on your end:
- Check your SPAM folder to make sure our emails are not accidentally ending up there (Be careful not to report any of them as SPAM as that will preclude our servers from ever being able to email you again).
- Log In to your XS Store Account and make sure your email address is correct.
If your tracking is not in your SPAM folder, your email address is correct, and we actually shipped your order send us an email and we will look into it on our end.
